I have an eclectic taste in music. From Classical to the latest pop song, I can find a song that resonates with the mission of the day.

 

Most of the time, I lean towards electronic, upbeat, and fast-tempo music. This is a Spotify playlist of songs that don’t fail to pump me up.

What matters to me

I value simplicity, honesty, and authenticity above all. In a fast-paced world that demands more, I consciously choose to slow down, listen attentively, and approach life with purpose.

For me, life centers on connection—the kind that makes others feel recognized, safe, and truly understood. Acting with integrity toward others isn’t about obligation but significance. Acts of kindness, reliability, and strong character hold great importance.

I don’t need things to be perfect — just real. A good conversation, a shared moment, or a quiet truth is enough. If I can live in a way that embodies these principles and help others feel more rooted along the journey, then I know I’m moving forward in the right direction.

Personal Mission Statement

The reason for my existence is to continually become an influencer of people and lead them into a position to succeed. I will accomplish this by consistently exploring different ideas of leadership outlined in books, online videos, and leadership training courses. From there, I will implement ideas best suited for the current situation and adapt as needed.

Problems and other setbacks will be seen as opportunities for improvement. They will be seen with curious eyes, an open mind, and a loving heart. All of those will be coupled by reformative action that respects everyone’s humanity.

Ultimately, I will create careers that are sustainable, innovative, and strengthen families for future generations, no matter where I’m at.
